First off GREAT username. I got a good chuckle imagining that creature.
The upper section of the Poultney River, featured first, is located in East Poultney, Vermont and the lower section of the Poultney, featured second, is located on the Vermont/New York boarder in the town of Fair Haven, Vermont. The put-in for that section is at the Vermont welcome center so you can grab a free coffee while setting shuttle down to Carver's Falls where the take-out is (check out the falls at the end of the run, 35+ foot waterfall with a class V lead-in, not my style
The last river featured is the ledges section of the New Haven River located in Bristol, Vermont. If it's up there is usually a crowd.
All of these sections are on American Whitewater if you want to check out the river descriptions.
