Upper NF or SF Poudre flows ???

Last I heard the SF flow was 2.2- I am assuming that has dropped, anyone know whether its still above a foot? The road to Halligan res on the NF is open, has anyone boated it recently? Is the flow good? Wood hazards ohter than the usual?

SF was .9ft as of yesterday. Way too low.

NF should be good. Haven't been up there lately so can't advise on flow or wood situation.
