Upper Fryingpan is clear . . . mostly.

Ran it Sunday. There is one strainer easily seen from the road approximately 200 yards above the crux and approx. 1/2 mile from the put in. The strainer is located in main current and difficult to see from river level due to large boulders. Easily passable by way of the left chute. Loads of fun at 800 cfs!
