The flows on the upper Eagle are on their way down due to some cold/snowy weather here in Vail. Gage says 733 cfs this morning.
I am not sure what that translates to in feet on the Chute gage but we ran it at 3.5 feet Thurs and it was probably 1000cfs.
As for play on the upper Eagle, there are some spots but I am not sure what they look like at this level. As the water goes up, the eddies get smaller (usually above 1000 cfs) so play gets a little harder.
make sure you bring your pogies or gloves...that water is COLD!
