Upper Blue Put-in below narrows?

I was at the boat ramps where the upper Blue River enters Green Mountain reservoir yesterday. I was talking w/ a guy who said that they floated their fishing raft from a put-in below the narrows and took out at Green mountain reservoir. Does anyone know where this put-in is? I am familiar w/ Blue river campground and Columbine landing but had not heard of this one.
