I wouldn't be suprised to see her run late in the summer. Maybe Kara can comment on why/when, but all I know is that when water should have been running down the SP this summer during runoff, it was getting stored in Chatfield and Cheesecake. Also, all that Blue water Denver ran though NFSP (baily) never showed below Chatfield, not even sure if it got past Strontia...might have been exchanged to cheesecake, maybe just bypassed now through Strontia. Who knows?
