Toothache/Lower Woody

Anyone have a recomended minimum flow for the Lower Woody Creek/Toothache run? Also, any idea where everyone will be putting in now that the Hwy 82 turnouts are out of commission due to construction? Are we going to have to put in up at the lower Woody Creek bridge, or is there still access a little lower?
