Watch and see what happens with dust. The last 2 years we had a couple of serious dust layers deposited in the snowpack that accelerated the start of runoff. Paddlefest was super high in May, and there was basically no corn season in the backcountry.

"Winds are also going to spike upwards as a very strong jet stream begins to wrap around the south side of this developing trough. As the jet sinks into Arizona on Wednesday afternoon and night it could dig-up some red desert dust. Let's hope not."
