The water is warm

At the DU pool

Confluence Kayaks will be offering a couple different classes for the off-season:

Stroke Work 101: It’s drill time! Stroke work at it’s finest. Perfect your forward stroke, master the power sweep, and learn to draw, take your kayaking to a new level. This class is great for any type of whitewater kayaking. (offered- 11/15/05)

Flatwater Fundamentals: Learn all the tricks to play boating. You’ll learn to master your edge work, generate more power, and gain control over your kayak. This is for anyone who wants to take his or her play boating to the vertical realm. A properly sized play kayak is needed for this class. (offered-11/22/05)

Roll Doctor: Having issues with your roll? Well it’s time to call in the Doctor. This is a rolling class that is prescribed for you. If you need to work on your roll, sweep, C-to-C, offside, back deck, or hand roll? We’ll work with you and give help where it’s needed. (offered- 11/29/05)

And, Open Pool: This is for anyone that wants to do your own thing. Bring your our boat or give us a call and we’ll bring one for you.
