The M-Wave?

Anyone know the scoop on the M-wave? I recently heard that the local farmers and landowners trashed it by throwing in a bunch of debris to stop them thaaar kayakers from using it. I've never even seen it, but I grew up in Mo-town (Montrose), and I'm curious about the wave. Appreciate any beta.
Peaceout.

'les they cemented the debris in place I speculate that it will be going down-ditch at high flows and probably have some unforseen consequences for those downstream...The M will probably return.
