The Cheesman

What are recommended flows for a first time down the Cheese? It's been hovering around 150 for a week, which EF calls "low." I feel like I remember hearing 150 isn't worth it but 175 is?

300-350 is low
350-450 is medium
450 and above is high

I personally would not do it unless it is above 300 cfs, and above 350 the run cleans up and the lines get smoother. Don't forget about the 3+ mile hike out that gains 1800 feet; it is probably covered in snow.
