If I had no ethics and the system were different, I could have retired long ago on that money thing.
But fortunately for everybody, this system isn't like that.
The Big T flows have been up and down so much first because of the lack of rain; and then second, because of the rain that showed up in the higher elevations. I think run-off has pretty well wrapped up on the Big T. So, the only thing likely to pop flows in the canyon back up this summer is a huge rain event.
And if the climate guys over there at CSU are right, that isn't looking likely. Let's hope I jinxed the weather, though, by saying that.
