I am fortunate to have several great river coolers.
Had scraped off decals (lots of trips) on my 120 qt cooler.
Lost the drain plug on a river take out mad race to derig.
Not sure of manufacturer, sent a picture to Yeti manufacturing home page and they identified the cooler as one of their older models. Reagan sent me two replacement drain plugs and a decal. Many thanks and this is the kind of service you get from the good manufacturers.
To be fair, I sent the same photos to Canyon Coolers thinking it might be a old icey kool now known as Galaxy. Jason there did research and could not find a match but was very helpful. I have a Icee Kool / Galaxy cooler as well.
Both these manufacturers and distributors need consideration for our future business.
by the way, both my coolers work great.
