Team River Runner and Disabled Kayaking Mentors Needed

Colorado is now home to disabled kayaking for ALL developmental and physical disabilities, both veteran and civilians. Youth to adults.

Pool sessions are currently being held at the Golden Recreation Center from 6:30 - 8:30 every Tuesday night. We have river sessions on the Platte regularly for development of the new Para-Olympic programs and talent ID process we are assisting in creating.

We are looking for volunteers to aid in basic kayak skills progression and rolling to extra hands willing to see what is deemed impossible move to reality.

Whether our members are blind, missing limbs, autistic, severe brain/spine trauma or any other disability, we are getting them onto rivers and river expeditions, while paying it forward. Help us help others feed the 'No Barriers Lifestyle'. Check out a few common members of the program

- Quadruple Amputee

- Blind River Runner

Contact us if you wish to be part of our volunteer outdoor lifestyle mentors.

I ran into these guys at the Golden rec pool last night. Just want to give a bump as I never saw this post. Seems like a great cause to give a couple hours a week to. See you next Tuesday Chris.
