The owner of RMA, Dave, is a great guy, as posted above. I took a SWR course a number of years ago through RMA instructed by non-RMA Professionals. It was a very professional course with plenty of river time. We did alot at the Pine Box rapid, the rapid just below Pine View and just above the Bridges Put-in. Rescue swimming, swimming a strainer, z-drags and a class size appropriate to ask and get the detail I was requiring. All this being said, it may have somewhat changed over the past few years, but in my personal opinion, it was well worth it and way more cost effective as I live in Fort Collins. Would also be great doing a SWR course on a river that your not as familiar with, would add some dynamic to it, but all-in-all, well worth it and I'd do it again without question.
Hope this helps, Lenny.
