Swiftwater Rescue Cert - Durango
There will be a swiftwater rescue certification course in Durango this coming weekend, starting Saturday May 10. It will be a two or three day course depending on the number of people who attend. Cost is $300 for new certification or $100 for recertification - you get a national certification and some great knowledge. Anyone interested can meet at Smelter where the train used to be at 8:00 am Saturday or you can call me at 719-588-5536. Be prepared to swim and be in the water (in other words - bring some warm clothes, etc.) May good river karma be with all of you! |
