The folks at NRS are the best I would recommend them every time. On the other hand Cascade outfitters in Boise can not hold a candle to NRS. I have stopped shopping at Cascade for allot of reasons mainlely they do not have a clue Neil is a dip s##t and needs to put the bong away. Maybe they do not need my business, so they will not get it.

Nothing but great experiences with NRS and their gear... some of my rafting friends are calling the "the NRS Man" ... yep, I'm decked head to toe with NRS splash gear, on my NRS boat with an NRS frame... you get the idea.

If you are ever in Moscow Idaho stop in and they will take you on a walk around to meet all the staff and maybe you will meet the old man Parks.

Or, if you walk in and tell them that the zipper has started to tear on your 4 month old dry suit that was purchased at full price, they will tell you good luck and say "hopefully it doesn't get worse."

Yeah I stopped into their shop when I was passing through town- the upstairs is like mecca. The upstairs is filled with all the sale stuff (and returned items). Like a kid in a candy store.....

Best customer service of any business I have ever had to deal with. Love NRS.

NRS rules. I have a 3 year old NRS river knife and noticed they have upgraded the sheath on their newer river knives. Called their customer service and they sent me a new sheath free. I have probably spent thousands at NRS and by sending a 5 dollar sheath they keep my business. Smart.
