I'm looking for 1-4 people to sublet my house in Fort Collins for June-July this summer. (You can stay and sign a new lease in August too if you want) It's a 4 bedroom, 1 car garage located on Skyline Dr near campus west, and adjacent Avery Park. All appliances, fenced yard and a newly remodeled shower.
Rent is $345 a person but I will pitch some to get out of the lease!
