Strainer on the lower taos box!

there is a full size tree blocking the river left entrance to dead car rapid (the third major rapid) from the rock in the middle almost all the way over to the bank, with a small eddy/ sneak move around it. it is not really visible from above, and it is just under the surface. it might be possible to go over it,(if you had to) but the current is very strong right there. the river right run is easy at this water level(@1800 cfs), even for rafts, but it's no good at lower levels- very bony.
!bueno suerte!
