Straight Canyon aka Cottonwood Creek

Gauge says it's up to ~120cfs.

New Testament says 180 as minimum.

ELFable? Worth a ~3 hour drive?

No and definitely no. I did it at 199.9 cfs a couple years back, I don't know if I'd want any less.

They didn't have the best winter in those parts, and the reservoirs aren't full enough from previous seasons. I'm guessing it doesn't even go this year.

At 300 it would be worth the drive because the camping is first class there.

Straight Canyon

There is also some bouldering/climbing to be had there at Joes Res. area if you are into it....But I personally wouldn't make that drive for less than 400cfs..Caught it a couple years ago at just under a 1000 & it was kick ass..I will be keeping an eye on it but it doesn't look promising. There's also Huntington Creek & the Price River in the area..Unfortunately the Price doesn't have a good gauge...I did pass by it the other day..You could have banged down it but certainly not worth the drive..The later two creeks always need a heads up for wood..
