I would have Slaughterhouse, Taylor Canyon, Lawson/Dumont, Upper Clear Creek, Lower Clear Creek on the radar. The Poudre is always fun, to get an idea what the flow is you need the foot gauge reading. During the boating season this page Poudre Rock Report is updated regularly with the gauge height. The CFS gauge online is not accurate. Shelly's Cottage on the NSV is really fast and fun get a couple laps or end in the play park and spend some time there. The St Vrain drainage doesn't have separate gauges for the north and south forks. You can call the dam operators (do a search here) or do some fuzzy math.

Kayaking Information has good descriptions and links all the gauges whether accurate or not. Have fun.
