Spencer Heights flow?

Any idea what Spencer Heights is running? Is the Sportman's gauge the right gauge to look at, or is there some combination of gauges that must be considered based on inflow above that gauge and below most of the Spencer run?

At 11:30 it was 2.3 on the Sportsman gauge, at 4:30 it was 2.4. There is water coming in from the Laramie Tunnel. There are some logs that could break free with a little more water but there is nothing in the main channels.
