Speaking of Swimming...

Speaking of swimming...I took a few years off of kayaking and when I got back in my boat this summer, I ended up having a few swims myself. My old crappy boat (Wavesport, Kinetic) has no volume in the stern and my roll was super rusty. With no volume, I kept getting stuck in holes and pushed under.

So, I am looking for a new boat. Preferably something that is a creeker and surfs decent, any suggestions out there? I heard the Jackson Hero was a decent, but I am not familiar with newer kayaks.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated....

Or the Spice, although it'll be more playful than the kinetic, instead of less.

On the river, I can abandon who I am and what I've done. However brief it lasts, while on the river I am nothing important and everything insignificant. I am flotsam, and happy to be so.
