Paddled both for a season and the Big Wheel in between.
Though I enjoyed the Space Cadet and learned loops in it. It is slower on then the Big and The Vision on a wave. So If you are at South Canyon at low levels you are fighting a bit just to stay on. Where the Vision is sitting pretty.
The vision is by far the best hole boat I have paddled. Mainly because of the hard chines. It is like four wheel drive, you sink that edge and you shoot to that side of the hole. No waiting and almost no strokes. The ends are slicey enough to cartwheel smoothly while the loops are still the best. On a wave it is fast and carvy, easy to blunt, very loose. It takes some time to figure out the bounce. For Catching air on South Canyon, which is my testing ground, The Big Wheel went huge and I took me a while to generate aeral blunts with the Vision. Obviously Pat Camblin and marlow long disagree with me. That aside I have paddled all three and still have access to all three and only paddle the vision. Some people have complained about the ridges hitting the outside of their feets. I never found it a problem but saw a nice solution by creating a cone of foam that your foot pad fits into. If you want I can send pictures.
