SP Snowpack from 84% to 110%

At the end of March the snowpack in the South Platte river basin was at 84% of normal; With these last 2 storms, we are now up to 110% of normal and it is still snowing up there.
Now that there is going to be some runoff, I'd better start getting in shape.
Check it out...

I sacrificed the goat, well actually it was a really big spider, but I had to do it. I couldn't let a front range season go by with only 2 weeks of paddling. Lets get to paddling!

There HAS to be enough snowpack to get Bear going for a week or so- Evergreen just got 30" of super-wet snow!

On a related note - Nederland got 36", and some of the areas around there (Pinecliffe) got over 50" in the last 2 days- you gotta think that the Source & USB will go off this May.

Just made a recon run up from Morrison. No ice or snow related issues in stream below Idledale. $#!T tons of snowpack above Idledale. Still absolutely hammering in Indian Hills, Evergreen, Bergen Park, Kerr Gulch. Light rain in Morrison with significantly less snow than in surrounding areas.
Forecast temps in the 60's & 70's.

Game on

Just got back from some Bear recon mission. She's not quite ready but is rising really fast. The 10:30am gauge reading was 17cfs and by my estimate it was about 65-70 in there just a few minutes ago and very muddy brown. Late this afternoon would be a maybe but tomorrow seems to hold some good promise.
