The SPPP annual meeting is next week. As I have for the last few years, I will attend on behalf of the Buzz. There will probably be an update on the Gross Reservoir expansion issue, the New Zealand Mud Snail problem, as well as the usual flow predictions for the season.
The annual meeting is good time to raise questions with Denver Water about most stuff in the South Platte watershed. Please let me know if you have any issues you'd like raised or questions answered and I'll do my best to get you some information. (Before anyone asks for what we all would most like - scheduled releases on the NF - their system is unfortunately not set up to do that - this is due to the manual nature of the flow adjustment and verifications, as well as the regulations for stepping the flows up and down to help the fish.)
I'm not fortunate enough to be able to surf the Buzz at work, so I'll be replying to anything in the evenings.
