I'm always shocked at how little correlation there is between front range snow melt and levels on the creeks around here. The creeks don't start flowing until the high stuff starts melting. I think it mostly evaporates and soaks into the ground.

Well the snow pack in the Front Range has jumped from 84% of normal to 90% of normal just from this one storm. We just need 2 more blizzards now!
