Snotel site data

recently someone pointed out that the snotel sites give greatly differing readings for the same sites. The snotel narrative says Joe Wright is 83% of avg. water content, but if you go to the site with the graph titled available snowpack reports it says it is over 100%. Any one know info. thanks

the 83% is based on a daily reading the other one you talked about is data compiled at the first of the month. So the 100% refers to joe wright snow pack on april 1 the 83% is what it is currently reading. Sometime next week the may report will come out and the numbers will look the same again
