My doctor agreed about curing itself, but age, level and type of activities are variables. Actually I had it before too and cured itself (When I was 40 something). At 60 something, the therapy worked it out in a few weeks with good prognosis if I keep it up. I would think logically if you had the "right" kinds of activities often enough so it worked the same way as therapy, it would do that. The other side of that coin is that if you are older and the body doesn't work itself like it used to, the wrong activity could do the damage.
