shoulder surgery?

I'm so tired of shoulder problems. They pop out at the worst times! Any recommendations for a good surgeon, or who to aviod if you've had a bad experience? Looking at Panorama Orthopedic in Golden....

Too late to talk you into the 7 minute rotator cuff solution? Google it. The book saved me. I went from boating once every 3 days due to pain, to boating every day in a row.

I had a radiologist friend tell me "there is no problem that can't be made worse by an orthopaedic surgeon."

I'll be googling that! I've hurt my right shoulder the last few springs on the sled & then made it worse boating. Getting frustrated with trying to take it easy the last few seasons.

Steadman Hawkins did my torn labrum years ago. My shoulder would come out when I coughed because I let it get so bad. My shoulder feels stronger than ever these days and I have never thought twice about it since.

Dr Schlegel at Steadman / Hawkins fixed my torn Biceps tendon and rotator cuff. 12 week recovery, but at 100% now. Feels great. No matter what you do, its on you to work your butt off during rehab!!

Dr. Wyland (Douglas J. Wyland, M.D.) did mine while he was at steadman's in denver. He did a great job and it has been problem free since the fix. Not sure if he splits time here & NC or only in NC now, but anyone at steadman clinic should be good if you decide surgery is the way to go.

I thought I could train my way to a recovered shoulder, but if you've torn ligaments (tore my labrum bad) they won't ever heal right. Got a video of my arthroscopic surgery with commentary from my surgeon pointing out the scarring inside my shoulder (kinda gnarly) from every time my shoulder popped. Shoulders popping out are def. not normal, so if its effed up get it checked out and get it fixed asap.
Probably too far for you, but I had Dr. Rohrbough in Flagstaff. You know they're doing a good job when they give you a video of the whole surgery...

I used panorama and don't feel as good as the others do. Torn lebrum required 7 screws bunch of stiching and still in pain. it's been 3 years and i boat but hurt my shoulder alot with little effort. I would suggest a specialist. Not that panorama is bad jsut I'm not fully satisfied.
