I would argue the only downside to Millett (and The Steadman Clinic in general) is that they are extremely busy. They literally have athletes (and normal people) coming from every corner of the globe to get surgery there. Don't get discouraged that you may not meet Peter Millett himself until you are in a hospital gown lying on your pre-op bed. All you need to know is he will be the one doing the surgery and he does a damn good job.
