Shoshone Hazards?

Anyone run the Shoshone lately? If so, are there any hazards that you have come across since the drop in water. Thanks for the beta, Steve

Ramp Rage at the put-in is usually a significant hazard on this run. If you can't hit it off peak hours, take valuim and beware of stressed out rangers, private boaters, and commercials...

But seriously, good question - hopefully there's nothing new and nasty.

OK! Guess there isn't anything major aside from rocks and the read and run way to do things. Thanks

I have guided yesterdy and today, and no, there are not any new hazards besides the usual features. I would say mostly watch the pourovers in the pinball section (the section near the top before 1-wave). Also, if you didn't know, there are some undercut rocks (not anything new) in and around the Tombstone section, esp. river left if I understand correctly, and maybe the Tombstone rock.

Have fun! SYOTR!

P.S. Andy et. al. are right, it is full on peak season around the 4th for commercial, and seemingly, private rubber. Best advice is to be as quick at the put-in as possible.
