Shoshone & Grizzly Access Closed

I just heard on the Aspen radio that access to Shoshone and Grizzly are closed due to a Power Plant leak. It doesn't sound good, with high water and I guess, debris from the power plant is also leaking and the water is running high. Obviously, the bike path etc are all closed. That is all the info I have.
