San Juan at 4300?

I'm pretty sure you kayakers could care less, but does anyone know why the San Juan near Bluff, UT is now running at 4300 when a week ago it was running a little over 400. And if you have any info, how long will this last?

it rained a lot here for a couple days. it wont last long.
