Apache permit???

Looks and sounds like your group had a great time!

Is there a self-pay station open for the Apache permits? I saw this in a recent thread but just wanted to confirm it before our trip next week. Any beta would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
bs

The self service pay station is on the north side (right as you drive in) of the dirt road before you get to the put-in, at a parking area. It is in a modified red BBQ grill.

What are the Apache "per night" fees up to?????

Can someone respond and let me know what the Apache fees are up to this year? We have a 4/14 launch date, and haven't been down there for about four to five years now. I'm guessing the "per person, per night" fees that the Apaches charge for the first couple of nights on the river might have gone up since we last had a permit and decent water. Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks. I thought that might be the case. That is starting to be a more expensive trip. I remember when it was 10/night. And the new $125 fee you have to send in to the F.S. ahead of time seems excessive, too.
