I have noticed the improvements, and fully believe that this area will only remain a beautiful and serene place if we pay for it. The Green River, in sections A, B, and C below Flaming Gorge Dam, has an efficient and flexible system of managing and maintaining campsites. This section probably has a comparable number of overnight campers as Ruby Horsethief. I encourage people who have experienced this system on the Green to advocate for something similar on the RH trip. I believe public comments are being accepted through July 8th. If we can help the BLM establish a reasonable fee system and make reservations/permits quick and easy to make online, I'd say people are going to be a lot more relaxed and fun on the river. CHEER's to that!
