Royal Gorge area camping

I have some good friends that are taking a guided day trip down the gorge. They don't have much gear and are looking for a good free place to camp. Probably around 10 - 15 people.

free camping

theres free camping on the hill. if you are heading towards the actually bridge tourist trap theres some great free camping that way. enough for you group for sure. theres an outhouse 2 miles before you get to the bridge theres a turn off to the left that takes you straight up there.

I talked to a few of them last night. And they're actually doing part of browns canyon as well. Sounds like they'd like to camp around that area.
