Royal Gorge??

So I noticed that it looks like the Ark is running around 360 up in Salida. This means there is probably enough water in the Gorge but what about ice? Anyone got an idea of what that situation is right now?

I'd be down for a run on the 8th or 9th.

I have it on good authority that the gorge is good to go.

Browns gets a lot more sun then the gorge does any day. Temps in chaffee have been 0 to 5 degrees at night, all week, and we got some more snow last night. So I would expect some ice in the gorge still. Whoever jumps in first will have to let the rest of us know.

my browns canyon comment was only meant to be taken that there is no ice in browns if someone wants to get out.

go out and get your boats wet pansies.

Well since it is 18 degrees out I think I will keep skiing for a while. I sure don't need to prove anything. After all, I can kayak the ark any day of the week, the only pansies are those stuck in the front range rat race!

And before any one gets their panties in a bunch, I am just kidding around!
