Upper-upper South Boulder Creek in the backyard. Bouldering/climbing crag 5 minutes walk. 30 minutes drive from Golden, Boulder and Eldora. Recently remodeled. House is heated and has a woodburning stove to help keep the bills down. You will need a four wheel drive vehicle for the winter, or be willing to utilize the RTD route (#72) which is a two minute walk away. Close to the Wondervu Cafe. I'm on the road boating/skiing occasionally so you will sometimes have the place to yourself. Non-smoker please. Immediate availability.
