ROOM FOR RENT IN THE FORT

We have a very nice town home located less then a mile from CSU campus. Perfect for riding your bike to school The home is 3 years old and very well maintained; it has 3 bedroom 3 ½ bath. It also backs up to spring creek trail that is perfect for running, or biking on.
We are both very active people, she is always off traveling, working as a kindergarden teacher, or climbing mountains; I am always kayaking, climbing, skiing, working at an outward bound charter school, or hanging out with friends.
Our last two roommates where considered friends, and that is something that we would like to continue with our new roommates.
We have two bed rooms for rent. The up stairs one has its own bath room with shower, large closet and is $350 a month. The down stairs area is very large, it includes a living room, bathroom, 3 closets, washer and dryer, it would be a great area for another couple or someone that wants a lot of private space. I am not sure at this time what my girlfriend wants to rent it for because she is in South America. I think it would be around $450.
