ROOM AVAILABLE IN BOULDER

Sorry if this is the incorrect place for this post...

1 room is available .5mi away from CU Campus starting June 1st. Live in quiet, newish (8yrs old) townhouse development with two girls (23yrs old). Obviously, since I'm posting in mtnbuzz, I'd prefer an outdoors oriented person! Please PM if interested and want more details!
