Oh yeah, and does anyone know where "Whitewater Canyon" is?
I seem to remember that the snowpack barely went above normal on most basins and was far below average in the SW part of the State....
I've never read a press account of an event I was at (demonstrations, etc.) and been able to say "yeah, that's just what it was like!"
