So here's the deal, in the PacNW there's this run called Robe. Ms. Robe is rad, just ask any CO boater who's come out in their normal "off season" (which coincidentally should be called the normal "dry season") she's got boofs over holes, seams, curlers, is in a lot, and these pesky gnomes that hang out in random places trying to flip the unwary paddler.
A few years back some peeps decided to have a "gentlemen's" downriver race on the run and instead of a belt buckle (which is best buckle a paddler can ever wish to wear) for a prize the winners get a custom robe to wear for a year and the losers have to take care of traveling gnome... This year the race is happening April 30 or May 1 for more details see;

If any CO boater is interested to participate and experience a quality run I will offer my floor/sofa in the hamlet of Bellingham to said person/persons. Hell I'll even cart your ass around and make you a mochafrapaciono double cafe latte once you're here, just don't ask for an airport ride. Got it? Good, make it happen and SYOTR
