Hey all, wondering what rivers are here near Ridgeway, tired to get to the Taylor but truck problems prevented that. And what is a good guide book to get for Colorado rivers. thanks
I don't think there is anything running over that way now. The San Miguel is the closest that I am aware of and I think it is done.
Colorado Rivers and Creeks is the guidebook.
I met a boater from Ridgeway down at Salida a couple times in the last few weeks. She works with a women's ice climbing school - Chicks and Picks I think. You might give them a call to see if there are other boaters over in your neighborhood.
