Rio Grande: Pilar & lower Taos box next mon. anyone??

I am headed down to Taos this Sunday. I want to paddle monday and tuesday the 16th and 17th. The pilar racecourse section and the lower taos box runs look like cool runs. I am looking to hook up with some paddlers to do the runs with. Anyone up for it? I'm not a class V boater, so the hard stuff is over my head. These two runs look perfect though. There are a few of us meeting up on Sunday morning to run Pilar. Call me at (303) 506-3811 if you're interested. I'm also up for running something on Monday - maybe the lower box, if Sunday goes well.

Thanks. It turns out I'm not going though. My mom got diagnosed with breast cancer, and I am going to spend the weekend with her doing some fun stuff. She will have surgery and chemo soon, so she will be out of commission for a while after. I want to have some fun with her before.
