Rio Grande near Taos

Looking to take our 16' oar frame out next weekend(June 12), and in case the LTB does not have enough flow for our raft(any recommendations on minimum flow would be appreciated!), we still want to be able to get on the river from Taos Jct Bridge down. It sounds like there is great access with boat ramps/etc. What is the stretch like down to Embudo? Is there a boat ramp there?
It appears that even if we cannot run the LTB that we should still be able to do everything else with our monster rig?

Thanks for any info!
