Rafting the Dolores upstream of McPhee

How far up can you launch with a 14 ft raft and where are the best access points for a raft? Also wondering about any low bridges, fences, land issues or other hazards. I drive along that stretch a lot in the spring and have always wondered if its worth checking out. Thanks.

Access is a bit tough for rafts. I've surfed a few spots in a kayak and used a small pull off and scrambled down the bank to get to the river.

Upstream There used to be some big cottonwoods that would be a bitch to get a raft around. Haven't been down there since '99.
