Raft on Lower South Boulder Creek this past weekend?
Came up on it wrapped on a big ass tree in the right channel a little ways above the Brain. The crew (couple kayakers and raft crew) was working to get it off. We were pretty amazed to see a raft in there, as some of the wood dodging is tight for kayaks, and the portages, and run out could be a pain. One of our guys lent them some pin kit equipment. They got it off, and we went on our way. I'm interested to see how they fared after that. They said that they planned to run the dam. Wish I would have seen it! I have no idea how they got that sucker down the bone-zone below the dam at 115cfs. If any of those guys reads this, let us know how it went.
