Quick Poudre Question

Was thinking of taking a newbie down Filter plant tomorrow, is it even boatable at these levels? I think someone said it was at 1.8 feet on the rock?

Wouldn't waste your time unless the rock is over 1.5, which according to the guage, it isn't. There are some wide sections of that run, which at this level you'd probably have to walk.

Another alternative is the chutes section of the s. platte upstream from waterton canyon, depending on where you're located. It's class II (II+).

I just posted about my experience yesterday. Not enough water on Filter. Just run Bridges, it's not too bad and very newbish.

Otherwise there isn't much.
