Questions about Dagger Kingpin Icon???

After hearing everyones advice on a good surf boat for a bigger person, I am really liking the Dagger Kingpin Icon. But a couple of questions for everyone that has any knowledge on this.

Are the pods or whatever they are called that bolt on to change the physical shape of the boat worth it? Do people use these to change the shape of their boats to go from play to running rivers?

Are the fins good to have when surfing on green waves? How about crumbled white waves?

How is the length on the back of the boat? I am not really looking to do aerials YET, so I am not too concerned with having a short back, as I would rather have the stability in the surf with a longer back.

Also, anyone know someone who is trying to sell an Icon 3?

One last question, is the boat swap this weekend up in Buena Vista at CKS worth going to?

Hey Wilbert,
I have never used the pods or the fins... when I bought it, I was thinking I might use the pods them when I do bigger stuff like gore, but have never put them on. It surfs great, but I must admit...I am not much of a playboater.
I am actually thinking of selling mine. It is the 6.3, red, good shape, I have been mostly creeking and have hardly had time to playboat this year (bad shoulders, new fiance, new house).

I do still have the fins and pods. Actually, I think I still have a bag of outfitting that came with it. I live in Santa Fe. I have a friend that is going up to Salida/BV this weekend, I could send it up with her. Or, I will probably be up there for gorefest. I was thinking $550. I could take some pics and send them tonight if you are interested.

I definitely am interested. But definitely can't commit until I have actually seen it. Did you not install all of the outfitting? Do the airpads still hold air? I live in Pueblo, which is probably out of the way from Santa Fe to BV. I guess if all is good, we can figure it out.
